The ReplyDrop Chrome Extension accesses the content of emails and messages you are actively viewing in order to generate reply suggestions. Here is exactly how that works:
We never read your inbox passively. The extension only accesses content when you explicitly activate it on a specific email or message. No background scanning. No data collection without your action.
Your account data is stored in Supabase, a SOC 2 Type II certified database platform hosted on AWS infrastructure. We use the following security practices:

Each of these providers has their own privacy policies governing how they handle data passed to them.
We retain your account data (email, plan status) for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days.
Support messages submitted via our contact form are retained for up to 2 years to assist with follow-up inquiries.
We do not retain any email or message content you submit for reply generation — it is processed in real time and immediately discarded.

ReplyDrop is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately and we will delete it promptly.
